Leaders participated in the first edition of the CEO Forum, in Joinville

BMW, IBM and Weg. They compete in different markets, have their own management style and different backgrounds. BMW is German; IBM, North American; and Weg, Brazilian. But, keeping the particularities of each business, it is possible to trace a point in common between them: to overcome the challenges and consolidate worldwide, none of them was accommodated in the face of the success of the first product.

The search for new solutions and opportunities is continuous. This is what leaders of the three multinationals showed to the people of Joinville during the CEO Forum, promoted by the American Chamber of Commerce (Amcham), on October 17th.

BMW, for example, launched the first all-electric carbon fiber car two months ago. IBM, which in its origins started producing electrical machines for counting data, today works with artificial intelligence. Weg, a manufacturer of electric motors, is eyeing renewable energies and will deliver a project for a wind farm next year.
